About Us

Maine Dental Leadership Coalition (MDLC) is an American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) recognized Dental Professional Learning Network (DPLN) established in January 2024.

In 2021, dental practice leader, Stacey Singleton, brought together an amazing group of dental professionals to form the Southern Maine AADOM Chapter. Changes at the national level have required the change to our new name: Maine Dental Leadership Coalition or MDLC, an AADOM Recognized DPLN. As an MDLC member, you will NOT have to be a National Member of AADOM (but of course you can still choose to be).

The network has grown to 30+ members from dental practices all over the great State of Maine and even a few members from out of state who recognize what an inspirational group we have! The goal of the Maine Dental Leadership Coalition is to create a supportive, information-sharing community where learning is encouraged and professional growth has no limits.

Our members have different job titles, various job descriptions, and a plethora of duties within their practices. The one thing we all have in common is that we never know what any given day may bring and that we do our very best to ensure our owners, doctors, associates, hygienists, dental assistants, sterilization assistants, patient care coordinators, office managers, and financial coordinators have what they need to do their jobs successfully and provide an exceptional patient experience.

If you are looking for an engaged group of dental professionals to network and grow with…look no further.

Annual Membership is just $100.00 and includes the following:

  • At least 4 continuing education meetings (1 per quarter)

  • Bi-weekly discussion where you can submit questions and receive perspectives and thoughts from the MDLC community.

  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with like-minded dental professionals who share your passion for leadership and dental office management.

  • Professional Growth: Expand your knowledge, skills, and expertise. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and strategies to help you excel in your role.

  • Peer support: Benefit from the collective experience of your peers. Collaborate with others who understand your challenges and are invested in your success.

  • Recognition & Credibility: Enhance your professional reputation and credibility in the industry as a leader who is committed to personal growth and development.
